Each product page should identify its model, variant, included items, display output, input controls, power requirements and available game content. Hardware models, storage versions and bundles can differ. The product listing and confirmed order determine what is supplied; promotional visuals may show optional accessories.
Screen and connection compatibility
A plug-in console may need an HDMI or AV-compatible display depending on the model. A handheld device has its own screen but may have different external display options. Check your TV inputs, connector type, power supply and supported output resolution before ordering. Contact us with your device and display model if compatibility is unclear.
Controllers and multiplayer
Confirm whether a controller is built in, wired, wireless or sold separately, and how many are included. Some titles may not support simultaneous players even if a device accepts two controllers. Battery requirements and charging method should be checked on the specific listing.
Game lists and variations
Game counts and libraries can vary by device, storage option, firmware and region. A broad game count is not a guarantee that a particular named title is present. Ask us for confirmation of a specific title before purchase. We do not promise that third-party online services will remain available.
Copyright and responsible use
Game software, artwork and trademarks may be protected by third-party rights. Purchase of a device does not itself grant additional copyright permissions. Follow the law and any applicable licenses in your location. If a listing appears to misidentify included software, contact us so we can check it.
Care and safe setup
Use a compatible power source, follow any supplied instructions and leave ventilation openings clear. Keep small accessories and packaging away from young children. Take breaks during extended play. If a device overheats, smells unusual or has a damaged cable, stop using it and contact support.
Support and remedies
Send your order number, model, photos and a short description of the issue to support@empireroyals.com. A troubleshooting suggestion does not limit your rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law for a product that fails a consumer guarantee.
