Empire Royals offers curated membership tiers designed for consistency and value. Members enjoy priority access and preferred pricing. All transactions are processed securely in USD.

Cancellations & Modifications

Your membership is entirely under your direction. You may adjust or terminate your status through our streamlined digital channels:

  • Digital Portal: Access your secure account settings and select "Manage Membership" for immediate updates.
  • Concierge Assistance: Direct your request to Help.empireroyals@gmail.com with your member identification number.

Adjustments must be submitted before 2:00 PM PST on your scheduled renewal date to ensure the change is applied to the upcoming cycle.

Schedule Management

Our continuity program is designed to adapt to your lifestyle. Membership features include:

  • Pause: Temporarily suspend your membership for a duration of 1–6 months.
  • Skip: Reschedule an upcoming delivery without altering your long-term status.
  • Customization: Modify your selection preferences prior to each billing cycle.

Prepaid Plan Adjustments

For prepaid membership terms, we provide equitable, prorated adjustments for any remaining full, unused months, subject to a nominal $5 administrative fee.

In the event a cancellation request is received after a cycle has initiated, you maintain a 14-day window from receipt to return the unopened shipment for a full reimbursement.

Payment Integrity

Should a renewal transaction be declined, our system will attempt to reconcile the balance three times over a seven-day period. Members will receive priority alerts to update their billing details. If unresolved, the account status will be temporarily held to maintain security.
