EMPIRE ROYALS SUPPORT
About Us
Built For Play
Gaming gear, clear product details and real help when you need it.
Updated 20 September 2026Our store
Empire Royals is an Australia-based online store focused on gaming devices and accessories. We want customers to know what comes in the box, how a device connects and when an order should arrive. Check each product page for the exact variant and inclusions.
Choosing the right setup
A living-room display, a compact handheld or a plug-in console each fits a different setup. Compare the product’s screen requirements, power, controller options and advertised library. If you are buying for someone else, tell us their display model and preferred play style and we will help narrow the options.
Straightforward support
Reach our team at support@empireroyals.com or +61 479 095 200. We can help with compatibility questions, order tracking and post-purchase issues. We are based at 66 Windemere Road, Alexandra Hills, Queensland 4161, Australia; return parcels require prior instructions and may go to another address.
Policies that matter
Before ordering, read the Shipping Policy for available methods and estimates, the Returns & Refunds Policy for change-of-mind and fault remedies, and the Privacy Policy for personal information. Checkout shows the final order total before payment.
Our commitment
We aim to describe products accurately and address problems fairly. Australian customers retain their rights under the Australian Consumer Law; a store policy cannot remove those guarantees.
