The terms for shopping for gaming products with Empire Royals.

These terms apply when you browse our website or buy from Empire Royals. By placing an order you agree to the terms shown at that time. We may update these terms prospectively; an update does not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
Products and descriptions
We sell gaming hardware and related accessories. Images and descriptions aim to show the actual product, but colours and screen appearance can vary by device. Check the specific product listing for model, inclusions, connectors, game content, region, required power supply and compatibility. If something important is unclear, ask us before purchase. A generic site image is not a promise that every listed title or accessory is included.
Pricing, payment and orders
The product price, currency, delivery cost and applicable taxes displayed at checkout are presented before payment. A completed checkout is an order request; we send a confirmation and may contact you if an item is unavailable or an obvious listing error affects the order. We will not substitute a product or impose a higher price without your agreement; if we cannot supply the order, we will arrange a refund for the affected item.
Delivery, cancellation and returns

Game content and third-party rights
Descriptions of preloaded content, supported formats or game counts must be read with the specific product listing. A hardware purchase does not transfer ownership of third-party trademarks, game copyrights or online services. Game availability and functionality can depend on model, regional services, software versions and rights holders. Use products and content lawfully and retain any licenses you need.
Promotions and reviews
A promotion applies only during its advertised period and on its stated terms. Reviews must describe real experience and must not contain unlawful content or another person’s private information. We may remove content that breaches these rules, subject to applicable law.
